Supper : Rice and beans

Wed Breakfast: yogurt, bread, jam
Lunch : 12" veggie sub
Supper : too much pasta and tomato sauce
Exercise: physio appt.

I went on a 2 week vacation, which means I didn't make any effort to eat healthy or exercise.

Weight on Sunday: 185 lbs.
