Saturday, and all is well.
    
      Breakfast: applesauce and granonla, I think.
Lunch: Goat cheese brie, multigrain buns, sparkling fruit juice, a pear
Supper: Some vegitarian indian curry on rice, naan.
Extra: I don't recall eating anything else.
Exercise: A bicycle trip to a picnic. It wasn't very intense cycling, but I did ride along the seawall for more than an hour.
